Description

You will design and deliver enterprise-wide CLM solutions aligned with business objectives and technical best practices.

Responsibilities

• Define CLM system architecture, data models, and document repository governance.
• Design contract workflows, approval hierarchies, and automation rules.
• Develop integration strategies for CRM, CPQ, ERP, e-Signature, and Billing systems.
• Guide development teams in building APIs and connectors for CLM data flow.
• Lead technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and mentor CLM engineers.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in CLM, CPQ, or Q2C implementations.
• 4+ years of dedicated experience in CLM architecture.
• Expertise in contract workflow automation and metadata modeling.
• Proficiency with XML, JSON, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics 365.
• Technical knowledge of CPQ, ERP, and e-Signature integrations.
• Understanding of contract compliance, risk mitigation, and audit processes.
• Strong background in configuration scripting and data management.

Preferred Skills

• CLM platform certifications such as Agiloft, Conga, Icertis, or SirionLabs.
