Description

Lead the implementation and configuration of CLM systems to meet specific business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Agiloft and Apttus systems to align with business needs.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into functional technical designs and solutions.
• Configure Agiloft environments, including business mapping, security, and user permissions.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure optimal performance.
• Integrate CLM systems with enterprise applications and document solution designs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business systems analysis or related roles.
• Direct experience with Agiloft and Apttus CLM systems.
• Deep understanding of contract management, including templates, clauses, and metadata.
• Proven ability to manage business mapping, security settings, and user groups.
• Experience driving requirement gathering and functional design across multiple engagements.
• Skill in triaging and troubleshooting solution issues alongside development teams.
• Strong background in risk management.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
