Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate across engineering, data science, and legal team to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables 

Manage CLM system configuration 

Maintain/update legal form templates within CLM, per direction from Legal 

Provider CLM user training and support 

Manage dependencies across model development, data pipelines, and application layers 

Support lifecycle management of AI systems (data ingestion → model training → deployment → monitoring) 

Track program health, risks, and milestones, ensuring transparency to stakeholders 

Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives) with a strong execution focus 

Help define and improve processes for changing/expanding use-cases 

Collaborate with senior TPMs to scale program management practices for AI development

Basic Qualifications 

2–5 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, or similar roles 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 

Hands-on coding experience in JavaScript (Node.js or frontend frameworks preferred) 

Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies 

Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications 

Working experience with Jira and Atlassian tooling  

Exposure to AI/ML concepts (LLMs, APIs, data pipelines, model evaluation, etc.) 

Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) 

Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and distributed systems 

Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams 

Comfort working with data-oriented workflows and experimentation cycles
