Description

Coordinate engineering, data science, and legal teams to manage CLM system configuration, AI system lifecycles, and program delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage CLM system configuration and update legal form templates per legal direction.
• Support the lifecycle of AI systems including data ingestion, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Coordinate across engineering, data science, and legal teams to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and track program health, risks, and milestones.
• Define and improve processes for changing use-cases and scale program management practices.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Project Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on coding experience in JavaScript (Node.js or frontend frameworks).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Experience with APIs and microservices.
• Proficiency with Jira and Atlassian tooling.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI/ML concepts such as LLMs, APIs, data pipelines, and model evaluation.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
