Roles and Responsibilities:

• Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory at an enterprise level, including domain trusts, replication topology, and FSMO role management.
• Manage Azure Active Directory and directory synchronization concepts, including administration of identity and access in cloud environments.
• Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online administration as it relates to identity and access.
• Handle DNS configuration and troubleshooting, including name server issues and DNS resolution problems.
• Create and manage Group Policies (GPOs) and support security configuration including permissions, delegation, and OU design.

Skills Required:

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Active Directory and Microsoft cloud identity administration
• Active Directory administration (enterprise concepts, domain trusts, FSMO roles, replication)
• Azure Active Directory administration and directory synchronization concepts
• Microsoft 365 administration exposure (o365, exchange online, teams, sharepoint online)
• Windows Server administration and troubleshooting, including DNS and related network services

Good to Have:

• Windows administration experience

Education: Relevant degree (or equivalent experience) in IT/Computer Science
