Description

You will administer Microsoft IIS web servers and support Active Directory authentication for hosted applications. This role ensures production availability through operational troubleshooting and incident resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft IIS web servers, including site configuration, bindings, and application hosting settings.
• Resolve Active Directory access and authentication issues impacting hosted applications.
• Monitor server health, investigate incidents, and implement fixes to restore service availability.
• Support deployment and environment changes for IIS-hosted applications, coordinating with release activities.
• Assist with GCP operations for environment management and cloud-side support tasks.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in systems administration and cloud/infrastructure operations.
• Hands-on IIS administration for Windows web hosting and configuration management.
• Active Directory administration and troubleshooting for authentication and access issues.
• Operational troubleshooting and service availability focus for production environments.
• Deployment and testing support for IIS-hosted applications and configuration changes.
