Description

You will manage AWS infrastructure and provide technical support to ensure service efficiency and reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support for AWS-related incidents and troubleshoot ecosystem issues.
• Develop and maintain scripts using Python, Bash, or AWS CLI to automate infrastructure provisioning.
• Monitor AWS systems for performance, reliability, and security anomalies.
• Collaborate with architecture and application teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain technical documentation and records of support requests and solutions.

Required Skills

• Proficiency with AWS services including EC2, S3, and SQS.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python and Bash for automation.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and AWS troubleshooting methodologies.
• 1-3 years of experience in technical support, preferably within an AWS environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Analytical problem-solving abilities and clear written and verbal communication.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a related technical field.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials or other relevant AWS training.
