Description

You will manage AWS infrastructure and provide technical support for incidents and troubleshooting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support for AWS-related incidents and troubleshooting requests.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, Bash, or AWS CLI for infrastructure provisioning.
• Monitor AWS systems for performance, reliability, and security to report anomalies.
• Document support requests, technical solutions, and knowledge base updates.
• Collaborate with architecture and application teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in technical support, preferably in an AWS environment.
• Proficiency with AWS services including EC2, S3, and SQS.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python and Bash for automation tasks.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and AWS-specific troubleshooting methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a related technical field.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials or other relevant AWS training.
