Description

You will manage and scale cloud infrastructure for AWS and Windows environments, ensuring operational continuity and security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable solutions meeting functional requirements and disaster recovery standards.
• Develop and debug scripts for user onboarding and resource provisioning.
• Create and maintain Golden Images and technical standards for the environment.
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve technical issues and implement permanent fixes.
• Provide after-hours support to resolve access issues for corporate IT-managed resources.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with the AWS platform and its services.
• Proficiency with AWS automation tools including Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Hands-on experience with VPC, EC2, ELB, ALB, EBS, S3, and RDS.
• Deep knowledge of IAM, CloudTrail, SNS, Route 53, and Certificate Manager.
• Experience managing AWS services such as Lambda, FSx, Global Accelerator, and Workspaces.
• Practical understanding of AWS organizational account best practices.
• Familiarity with Windows computing environments.
• Experience administering enterprise platforms including Slack, Box, Zoom, Confluence, Veeam, and VMware.
• Ability to integrate operational requirements and controls into technical workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with VMware environments.
