Description

You will lead the design and implementation of generative AI and LLM solutions within cloud-native environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Python code and design complex Agentic AI frameworks to solve business problems.
• Train developers on machine learning implementation and business-specific technical requirements.
• Apply deep learning and generative modeling techniques to build production-ready LLM solutions.
• Manage the full model lifecycle, including development, serving, and training/re-training in data-sparse environments.
• Implement advanced prompt engineering techniques for instruction-based LLMs.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and NLP technologies.
• Expertise in Python programming and software development.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph and LlamaIndex.
• Deep understanding of Transformer Encoder Networks and LLM architectures.
• Practical experience with AWS or Azure ecosystems and cloud-native application development.
• Proficiency in generative models, including GANs, VAEs, and transformer-based architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Pharma industry background specifically in Clinical or Regulatory processes.
