Description

Provide technical support for enterprise AI/ML environments on Google Cloud Platform, ensuring production stability and rapid incident resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in AI/ML systems and GCP infrastructure.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and implement timely fixes.
• Support Agentic AI workflows and diagnose runtime behavior issues.
• Use Python for scripting, automation, and debugging support activities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on incident resolution and maintain operational documentation.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in Cloud or AI/ML support and operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficiency in Python for automation and debugging.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and production model behavior.
• Experience troubleshooting AI/ML workloads in enterprise environments.
• Proven track record in root cause analysis and production incident handling.
• Exposure to Agentic AI systems or workflow-based AI architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting Gemini or similar large language model environments.
• Ability to work within strict SLA commitments in production support.
