Description

Design and manage cloud-native APIs within an AWS environment. You will own the release pipeline, security configuration, and infrastructure as code.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage API Gateway and Kong for RESTful service delivery.
• Implement and maintain S3 access and storage models.
• Manage security credentials using SSM Secrets and SSM Parameter Store.
• Configure, manage, and diagnose IAM policies, rights, and SSE-KMS keys.
• Deploy infrastructure using Terraform and Terraform Cloud (TFC).

Required Skills

• 5-8 years developing RESTful APIs using AWS API Gateway or Kong.
• 5-8 years in Python3 using functional and object-oriented development.
• Hands-on experience with AWS resources: S3, SSM, and IAM.
• Proficiency with Terraform and Terraform Cloud for infrastructure as code.
• Experience managing SSE-KMS keys through Terraform Cloud.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL RDS servers and clusters.
• Working knowledge of Swagger (OpenAPI) specifications up to version 3.0.2.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve deployment issues within TFC.
