Description

You develop and maintain authoritative technical documentation for internal cloud platform architectures, services, APIs, and operational processes. This role ensures documentation supports safe consumption, operational consistency, and effective onboarding for application and operations teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own documentation standards, structure, and lifecycle management to ensure clarity and usability across all platform assets.
• Create architecture guides, service descriptions, operational runbooks, onboarding materials, and API documentation aligned with platform tooling.
• Collaborate directly with engineers, architects, and SREs to capture accurate and comprehensive technical content.
• Ensure documentation supports safe consumption and effective onboarding for application and operations teams.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience producing technical documentation for infrastructure, platforms, or developer-facing services.
• Proven ability to document architectures, APIs, automation workflows, operational runbooks, and onboarding guides.
• Working knowledge of Linux, cloud infrastructure concepts, virtualization, and DevOps terminology.
• Experience collaborating directly with engineering teams to capture technical content accurately.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage documentation standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with platform tooling and automation workflows.
