Description

You will own the security posture for business-critical web applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support cloud-based Web Application Firewall (WAF) solutions.
• Monitor, review, and tune WAF logs daily to optimize protection and application performance.
• Integrate WAF logs with SIEM systems and analyze resulting security events.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate application-level vulnerabilities and security risks.
• Collaborate with network, infrastructure, and application teams on web application protection.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security, including risk assessment and controls evaluation.
• Hands-on experience with Web Application Firewall (WAF) tools and concepts.
• Strong knowledge of application security principles, including OWASP Top 10.
• Experience with secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001/27002 and NIST (CSF, 800-82).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field.
