Description

You will design and implement secure, scalable cloud architectures across Azure and AWS environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design architectures focused on high availability, security-first principles, sizing, and performance.
• Execute data migrations from on-premise environments to Azure.
• Write and present solution design documentation to the Architecture Review Council.
• Manage Azure infrastructure, including resource maintenance, monitoring, and alerting via the Azure Portal.
• Remediate operational deficiencies related to availability, regulatory compliance, or performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, operations, and cloud architecture/engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Portal administration, Azure Site Recovery, and high availability setups.
• Proficiency with AWS cloud-native services including EKS, S3, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch, Lambda, and IAM.
• Experience with Azure services such as Azure AD, VM, Blob, Key Vault, Log Analytics, and Azure Databases.
• Strong scripting skills for automation and experience with Terraform and Ansible.
• Knowledge of Linux (Red Hat and OEL) and Windows containers.
• Practical experience with CI/CD tools, Git/GitHub, and CVS.
• Understanding of security controls for public clouds, including encryption and key management.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and ITIL frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Azure Certification.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry.
