Description

Architect, build, and operationalize greenfield cloud environments on Azure and AWS. Lead large-scale on-premises to cloud migrations and hybrid transformations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise landing zones, governance, security, networking, and cost-optimization frameworks.
• Build production cloud environments from scratch, including IaaS, PaaS, containers, and serverless.
• Translate complex technical solutions into clear presentations for CXOs, board members, and stakeholders.
• Mentor engineering teams while maintaining final accountability for solution quality and delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in infrastructure engineering with strong on-premises data center roots.
• Expert-level hands-on experience in both Azure and AWS (minimum 5 years public cloud).
• Deep knowledge of VMware, storage arrays, enterprise networking, and physical deployments.
• Proven ability to build production cloud environments from scratch, not just manage inherited ones.
• Experience leading large-scale on-premises to cloud migrations.
• Ability to articulate trade-offs, risks, and long-term implications of infrastructure choices to senior leadership.
