Description

You will architect, build, and operationalize greenfield cloud environments on AWS and Azure, covering IaaS, PaaS, containers, and serverless. You lead large-scale on-premises to cloud migrations and hybrid multi-cloud transformations. You design enterprise landing zones, governance, security, networking, and cost-optimization frameworks. You translate complex technical solutions into clear presentations for CXOs and board members, presenting architecture roadmaps, migration plans, and TCO/ROI analyses. You influence strategic decisions by articulating trade-offs and risks. You mentor engineering teams while maintaining final accountability for solution quality.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build production cloud environments from scratch on AWS and Azure.
• Lead large-scale on-premises to cloud migrations and hybrid transformations.
• Design enterprise landing zones, governance, and security frameworks.
• Present architecture roadmaps and risk assessments to senior leadership.
• Mentor engineering teams and ensure solution delivery quality.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in infrastructure engineering with strong on-premises data center roots.
• Expert-level hands-on experience in both Azure and AWS (minimum 5 years public cloud).
• Experience with VMware, storage arrays, enterprise networking, and physical deployments.
• Proven ability to build production cloud environments from scratch.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with IaaS, PaaS, containers, and serverless architectures.
• Knowledge of cost-optimization and governance frameworks.
