Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Architect with strong expertise in AWS, Azure, and GCP to support technology integrations during Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) activities. The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable multi-cloud and hybrid cloud architectures, ensuring seamless integration of newly acquired organizations into the client’s existing technology ecosystem.
This role will work closely with the M&A Integrations (MAI) team to provide architectural guidance, technical assessments, and operational support for integrating diverse infrastructure environments.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Cloud & Hybrid Architecture
Design and implement multi-cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Integrate on-premise infrastructure with cloud platforms to enable hybrid architectures.
Ensure compatibility, scalability, and security across the client’s cloud ecosystem.
M&A Technology Integration
Evaluate and assess technology stacks from newly acquired organizations.
Develop integration strategies to align acquired infrastructure with enterprise architecture standards.
Provide architectural recommendations to support smooth onboarding of acquired environments.
Infrastructure Automation
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as:
Terraform
AWS CloudFormation
Azure ARM Templates
Automate provisioning and configuration to reduce manual work and accelerate deployments.
Cloud Governance & Best Practices
Establish cloud standards, security frameworks, and governance models.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies and industry best practices.
Collaboration & Technical Leadership
Work with engineering, infrastructure, and security teams to implement solutions.
Provide technical guidance and architectural oversight during integration projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Experience designing multi-cloud or hybrid cloud architectures.
Hands-on expertise with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates).
Knowledge of networking, security, and cloud governance frameworks.
Experience integrating on-premise systems with cloud environments.
Understanding of M&A technology integration strategies is highly preferred.
Strong architecture design, problem-solving, and communication skills
