Description

You will design and implement global infrastructure support strategies and multi-partner solutions for remote users.

Responsibilities

• Develop support strategies and implement solutions in coordination with global operations and service-delivery partners.
• Evaluate infrastructure performance to recommend changes to processors, memory, storage, workflows, operating systems, security products, patching, and licensing.
• Create detailed technical documentation, including system diagrams, configurations, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• Implement and monitor security protocols to protect network infrastructure and computer systems while tracking security KPIs.
• Collaborate with business leads to identify architectural patterns that align with solution requirements and ensure compliance with SLAs and regulatory standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure support-oriented roles coordinating multiple organizations.
• Experience implementing multi-partner support solutions for remote users.
• Experience with Okta IAM platform and administration.
• Experience with remote hardware provisioning and configuration.
• Proficiency in managing workflows, operating systems, and security products.
• Ability to monitor and manage Cloud Security and privacy.
• Experience tracking KPIs related to security incidents and system vulnerabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
