Description

You will design and execute the DevOps strategy, covering current state studies, future state roadmaps, and tool evaluations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement DevOps strategies, including environment provisioning, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud migration paths.
• Administer and optimize CI tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, and SonarQube to ensure high availability and performance.
• Build and enhance CI/CD capabilities to expand automation offerings across all SDLC and production environments.
• Troubleshoot critical CI tool issues in collaboration with global teams and external vendors.
• Train and coach global team members to provide effective Level 1 and Level 2 support for CI/CD tools.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with industry-standard DevOps CI/CD tools, source code repository management, and binary repository management.
• 10+ years of development experience using Java, Python, .NET, or JS.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience building, enhancing, and automating CI/CD pipelines.
• 8+ years of experience with Maven or Gradle.
• 8+ years of experience in containerization and continuous testing practices.
• 8+ years of experience performing complex troubleshooting and performance tuning within CI/CD toolchains.
• Hands-on expertise with Groovy, GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, and Docker.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, or SAFe/Agile frameworks.
• Background in financial services or Java application development on Unix.
