Description

You will design and implement infrastructure solutions for on-prem, cloud, and distributed environments, ensuring they meet SLA, DR, monitoring, security, and scalability requirements. You will own the post-production operational processes and deliverables before projects transition to the support phase.

Responsibilities

• Generate scripts and templates for the automatic provisioning of resources across hybrid environments.
• Discover, install, and execute processes and standards to optimize cloud service provider offerings.
• Debug technical issues within a complex stack involving virtualization, containers, and microservices.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure solution designs meet all operational and security needs.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in network engineering and IT infrastructure.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Deep knowledge of core network engineering and security methodologies, including VPC, network security concepts, and tools like Palo Alto or Checkpoint.
• Experience with SIEM integration and core cloud network interconnect technologies, specifically Azure ExpressRoute, GCP Interconnect, Equinix Cloud Exchange, or BGP.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code concepts, ideally Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Relevant cloud or network industry certifications are considered a plus.
