Description

Design and implement secure, compliant cloud architectures for government and defense environments, focusing on Azure Government and Microsoft 365 GCC High.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and document scalable architecture patterns for identity, network, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Enforce enterprise security standards tailored to highly regulated government contracting environments.
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to ensure target architectures meet strict compliance and performance requirements.
• Guide technical teams through implementation, ensuring deployed environments match architectural blueprints.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of architectural experience with enterprise Microsoft cloud environments.
• Deep expertise in Azure Government and Microsoft 365 GCC High.
• Strong proficiency in Entra ID (Azure AD) and Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Proven track record designing and securing Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) infrastructures.
• Experience with enterprise networking and secure access patterns.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• US Citizenship required to handle sensitive data.
