Description

You will design and manage large-scale containerized infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect infrastructure environments using containers and manage large-scale OpenShift and Kubernetes deployments.
• Migrate legacy application workloads to Kubernetes or OpenShift environments.
• Develop custom platform control plane webhooks, CRDs, and operators to ensure platform security.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using automation tools.
• Communicate technical requirements and architectural designs to business teams, customers, and network or security teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience deploying and managing OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• 5+ years of experience developing within AWS and configuring cloud services, including AWS EKS.
• 5+ years of experience with scripting languages including Python, Bash, or Go.
• 5+ years of experience with AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or EFK stack.
• 5+ years of experience with RHEL administration.
• 4+ years of experience deploying and maintaining Rancher in Hybrid cloud environments.
• 4+ years of experience with Git and building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• 4+ years of experience with Ansible Automation Platform.
• 3+ years of experience creating and deploying Helm Charts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
