Description

Architect and implement technical solutions to improve service levels across on-premise and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement technical solutions focused on Site Reliability, Observability, and Scalability.
• Design and implement redundant systems including high availability, load balancing, disaster recovery, and data backups.
• Manage cluster provisioning, performance tuning, security configuration, and system monitoring.
• Perform incident investigation, root cause analysis, and remediation of platform-related issues.
• Collaborate with Product, DBA, DevOps, and Data Engineering teams to implement AWS methodologies, IaC, and cost optimizations.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in IT.
• 5+ years of experience working with AWS and Azure.
• 5+ years of experience in application deployment automation and DevOps practices.
• 5+ years of experience installing, administering, and maintaining Linux-based software.
• 3+ years of experience with IT automation tools such as Ansible, Salt, and Terraform.
• Extensive knowledge of Azure DevOps.
• Experience designing, analyzing, and repairing large-scale distributed systems.
• Knowledge of core IT infrastructure including virtualization, networking, and storage management.
• Proficiency with SQL and Linux environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
