Description

Design and implement scalable cloud architectures and infrastructure automation for production environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural recommendations to improve efficiency, reliability, performance, and cost.
• Define platform software engineering standards and oversee design and code reviews.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-tested infrastructure code with a focus on automation.
• Conduct proof of concepts to validate new technologies and services.
• Collaborate with Cloud and DevOps engineers to solve technical design problems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of cumulative experience implementing DevOps methodologies with cloud exposure.
• Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go.
• Hands-on experience with Docker containers and Kubernetes.
• Experience with artifact repository managers such as Artifactory.
• Practical experience with version control systems, specifically Git.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• One or more Cloud Service Provider certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect or AWS DevOps).

Preferred Skills

• Advanced understanding of CI/CD concepts and GitOps processes.
• Experience with GitHub Actions and Jenkins (including master-slave architecture and Groovy).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and Agile methodologies using Jira and Confluence.
