Description

You will design and implement secure, scalable cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud migrations and implementations within complex, multi-account environments.
• Design and enforce security best practices, including IAM policies, encryption, and network segmentation.
• Develop and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, Terraform, AWS CDK).
• Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues across networking, storage, and compute layers.
• Lead architectural reviews and guide teams through complex solution design.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in cloud architecture.
• Deep knowledge of core AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation).
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, AWS CDK, CloudFormation).
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for cloud deployments.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for cloud deployments.
• Familiarity with AWS Landing Zone implementations and management.
• Working knowledge of containerization (Docker, ECS, EKS) and serverless patterns.
• Strong network troubleshooting skills for on-premises and cloud connectivity.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Professional-level certification (e.g., Solutions Architect – Professional).
• Experience in government or highly regulated environments (HIPAA, CJIS).
• Familiarity with ITIL or project management methodologies (PMP, Agile).
