Description

You will design and implement scalable cloud-native applications and infrastructure solutions for mission-critical energy systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural decisions for complex, scalable cloud-native applications using AWS services.
• Architect and develop infrastructure solutions using AWS CDK in TypeScript.
• Establish and maintain Enterprise Architecture technical standards and coding guidelines.
• Design and implement automated deployment pipelines for multi-environment cloud infrastructure.
• Implement API security using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years in cloud architecture.
• Expert-level proficiency in AWS CDK using TypeScript, including custom resource development.
• Deep understanding of AWS services: S3, ECS, EKS, CloudFront, EC2, SQS, SNS, API Gateway.
• Strong background in TypeScript/JavaScript; hands-on coding required for 50% of the first six months.
• Proficiency with containerization (Docker, ECS, EKS) and serverless architectures.
• Hands-on experience designing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Experience with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, and CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of API security best practices, including API key management.
