Description

You will design and maintain cloud infrastructure to ensure security, reliability, and performance. You own the Azure backbone, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies. You implement detection and disaster recovery activities. You teach development teams on Azure resource scaling. You participate in architecture and tooling planning.

Responsibilities

• Design cloud backbone infrastructure for optimized and reliable services.
• Maintain Azure CI/CD pipelines, servers, scripts, and deployment strategies.
• Create, implement, and document infrastructure patterns within Azure.
• Develop and implement detection and disaster recovery activities to test cloud services.
• Teach development and operations teams regarding Azure resource scaling and utilization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture or related roles.
• Deep expertise in Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Proficiency in Git, OpenStack, and Microservices.
• Knowledge of RESTful API, Functions as a Service, and Event Driven Architecture.
• Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture, Service Bus, and Redis.
• Familiarity with IIS, WebLogic, and Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, HTML, CSS, PL/SQL, .NET, VBA, and C.
• Knowledge of Angular, jQuery, and SOA concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with formal risk assessments related to cloud environments.
