Description

You will lead the technical strategy and management for an Azure-based IoT platform supporting 20,000+ real-time devices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct a global team of 28 members, including 10 US-based and 18 offshore engineers.
• Develop and execute technical strategies for real-time data reporting and platform stability.
• Facilitate team meetings and organize workflows across onshore and offshore models.
• Oversee the processing and analysis of streaming data from a data lake.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical leadership or architecture.
• Proven experience managing distributed teams across US and offshore locations.
• Deep understanding of IoT platform architecture and device data reporting.
• Experience with Azure-based cloud environments.
• Knowledge of streaming data and real-time data processing.
• Experience with Big Data, including data lake utilization and analysis.
• Ability to define technical strategy without necessarily being hands-on with code.
