Description

Design and architect secure, scalable EPM Cloud solutions aligned with business objectives. Maintain architectural consistency and best practices across all EPM implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of EPBCS solutions including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop financial models, reports, and dashboards based on specific business requirements.
• Streamline business processes by standardizing objects and adopting global designs to maximize efficiency.
• Lead map-gap discussions with business users, documenting alternatives and recommending minimal customization strategies.
• Conduct workshops to gather requirements, deliver proofs of concept, and demonstrate strategic benefits to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience with Oracle EPM solutions (EPBCS, PBCS, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, ARCS, FCCS).
• Expertise in migration of on-premises Hyperion solutions to Oracle Cloud (PBCS/EPBCS, ARCS, FCCS).
• Proficiency in calculation scripts, Groovy scripting, REST API integration, and EPM-Automate.
• Experience with data integration and automation using Data Management, EPM Agent, and ETL solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud infrastructure, security, administration, IDCS/LDAP integration.
• Ability to configure and enhance EPBCS modules (Workforce, Capital Asset, Financials, Projects).
• Strong communication and leadership skills to influence cross-functional global teams.
