Description

Lead the design, planning, and execution of Microsoft cloud migrations and operations within a global enterprise environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment and end-to-end workload implementations.
• Translate technical requirements into architectural designs for presentation to C-level management.
• Develop high and low-level documentation for cloud solutions, including processes, procedures, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with InfoSec teams to validate that designs meet security best practices and firm requirements.
• Analyze cloud environments to detect deficiencies and implement governance, security, and standardization improvements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of progressive global enterprise-level experience in IT solutions and engineering.
• Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and Teams voice services.
• Hands-on experience managing on-premises Active Directory, GPOs, and migrations to M365.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft security components including Defender for Identity, Defender for Cloud Apps, and Entra ID Premium.
• Proficiency in Microsoft cloud security controls, Data Loss Prevention, Purview, Litigation Hold, Retention, and eDiscovery.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 workloads including OneDrive, SharePoint, and Entra Connect.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to manage solutions through the SDLC process.
• Ability to lead internal IT groups and communicate technical progress to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune.
