Description

Lead the design, planning, and execution of Microsoft cloud migrations and operations for a global enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment and core related technologies.
• Translate complex business requirements into architectural designs for C-level presentation.
• Plan and execute end-to-end implementations of Microsoft 365 workloads and major service migrations.
• Create high and low-level technical documentation, including processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of progressive global enterprise-level experience in IT solutions and engineering.
• Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and Teams voice services.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft security components: Defender for Identity, Defender for Cloud Apps, and Entra ID Premium.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft cloud security controls, Data Loss Prevention, Purview, Litigation Hold, Retention, and eDiscovery.
• Real-world experience managing on-premises Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and migrations to M365.
• Advanced Microsoft M365 certifications required.
• Proficiency in Active Directory and SDLC processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune.
