Description

Design and implement software applications and utility programs using OpenStack and cloud-based technologies. Own the architecture for specialized utility programs and general computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and customize software to optimize operational efficiency for clients.
• Solve complex or ambiguous architecture issues using OpenStack, Linux, KVM, Ansible, and Ceph.
• Coordinate directly with users to determine technical requirements.
• Travel to unanticipated client sites as required.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in cloud architecture or related roles.
• Deep proficiency with OpenStack.
• Strong expertise in Linux environments.
• Experience with KVM virtualization.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible automation.
• Working knowledge of Ceph storage.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
