Description

Design and lead enterprise infrastructure strategy, modernizing hybrid-cloud platforms while ensuring operational resilience, security, and cost efficiency.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-level architectural blueprints for software, hardware, and network infrastructure aligned with business goals.
• Define and enforce Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards for declarative provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Lead modernization initiatives including containerization, monitoring, observability, and AIOps capabilities.
• Manage technology costs through capacity planning, ROI analysis, and cost framework implementation.
• Conduct design reviews and provide architectural oversight to ensure adherence to governance and security policies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT Infrastructure Engineering or Architecture.
• Deep expertise in hybrid cloud environments, specifically Microsoft Azure.
• Strong background in virtualization, Windows, and Linux platforms.
• Proficiency in automation frameworks and Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Experience with ITSM processes, networking, and storage systems.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed technical standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with policy-as-code implementation for security and compliance.
• Background in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
