Design and implement architectural approaches for complex technological initiatives and software design.

Responsibilities

• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives for complex roadmap items and conduct R&D on advanced technology concepts.
• Provide high-level solution designs and coordinate with other architects to finalize technical approaches.
• Coach developers and SCRUM teams on design, coding best practices, and technical implementation.
• Ensure software meets quality, performance, and scalability requirements through technical guidance.
• Conduct knowledge sharing sessions, trainings, and brown bags for the development community.

Required Skills

• Expert-level hands-on experience with Java full stack development.
• Strong technical background in Java technologies and general IT systems.
• Experience running containerized microservices on cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Proficiency with HTML and Angular technologies.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD and related deployment technologies.
• Ability to analyze requirements and create appropriate technical designs.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Fluent English communication skills for working with global teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microservice architecture, Event Driven architecture, BDD, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with SaaS implementation and software enablement.
