Description

Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective public cloud infrastructure while providing technical architecture leadership.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with enterprise architects, middleware engineers, and security teams to define standards-based solutions.
• Document technical architecture and design specifications for end-to-end infrastructure spanning hardware, OS, applications, networking, and platforms.
• Develop technical frameworks and components for enterprise-wide leverage.
• Consult with business leadership to align architecture design with business strategy and objectives.
• Provide after-hours support during migration cutovers, releases, and issue triage.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10+ years of IT experience, including 5 to 7 years in an Enterprise or Cloud Architect role.
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying applications in AWS using EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, WAF, CloudFront, ALB/NLBs, CloudTrail, and CloudWatch.
• Experience with Serverless technologies including Lambda, API Gateway, and Fargate.
• Proficiency with microservices and containerization using ECS and EKS.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as CloudFormation and Terraform.
• Experience developing CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of networking concepts including VPC, subnets, and security groups.
• Experience with Java, J2EE, Tomcat, Apache, and Spring-based middleware.
• Understanding of Risk Management, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and IT Security Architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant experience working in the Healthcare field.
