Description

Design and lead scalable, cost-effective public cloud infrastructure architecture with a focus on security and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop public cloud infrastructure using industry best practices and standards.
• Document technical architecture and design specifications for end-to-end infrastructure.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, middleware engineers, and security teams to align solutions with business strategy.
• Develop technical frameworks to address enterprise-wide infrastructure needs.
• Provide after-hours support during migration cutovers, releases, and issue triage.

Required Skills

• 8-10+ years of IT experience, including 5-7 years in Enterprise or Cloud Architect roles.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying applications in AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM).
• Experience with serverless technologies including Lambda and API Gateway.
• Proficiency in microservices and containerization using ECS and EKS.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline development and Infrastructure-as-Code (CloudFormation or Terraform).
• Knowledge of AWS networking and monitoring services (WAF, CloudFront, ALB/NLB, CloudTrail, CloudWatch).
• Working knowledge of Java, J2EE, Tomcat, Apache, and Spring-based middleware.
• Understanding of networking concepts such as VPC, subnets, and security groups.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
