Description

You will design and manage large-scale container orchestration and cloud infrastructure, ensuring secure and efficient operations across hybrid environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, support, and maintain Rancher within hybrid cloud environments.
• Migrate legacy application workloads to Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Develop custom platform control plane webhooks, CRDs, and operators to ensure platform security.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using automation tools.
• Document technical information and communicate requirements across business, network, and security teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale OpenShift and Kubernetes environments.
• 5+ years of experience developing within AWS and configuring AWS cloud services, including EKS.
• 5+ years of experience with RHEL administration.
• 5+ years of experience utilizing AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or the EFK stack.
• 5+ years of experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
• 4+ years of experience with Git and building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• 4+ years of experience with Ansible Automation Platform, including authoring playbooks and roles.
• 4+ years of experience developing custom platform control plane components.
• 3+ years of experience creating and deploying Helm Charts.
