Description

Lead the architecture and governance strategy for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions within a shared Commonwealth of Virginia tenant.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical architecture, governance frameworks, and enterprise security patterns to ensure solution efficiency and repeatability.
• Act as the primary technical lead for the Dynamics 365 and M365 Power Platform suite, including Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Develop and communicate architectural policies, standards, guidelines, and operational procedures to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Analyze third-party products to document system architectures and define identity and permission security models.
• Collaborate with vendors, engineering teams, and IT leaders to align architecture strategy with business goals and project requirements.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in the technology industry and IT consulting services.
• 10+ years of experience with cloud and hybrid, on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, and technology management.
• 5+ years of in-depth experience with Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Expertise in Power BI, Power Pages, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Hands-on experience with Power Virtual Agents.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end product deployment from concept through successful launch.
• Experience delivering services and products related to M365 and Microsoft technology within a GCC environment.
• Ability to create product roadmaps and development/deployment standards.
• Technical knowledge of Azure IaaS, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure DevOps, Okta Identity management, Azure storage accounts, and Azure app registrations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading governance frameworks in large-scale enterprise environments.
