Description

You will design and implement scalable, highly available infrastructure primarily within Azure environments.

Responsibilities

• Automate provisioning and configuration using infrastructure-as-code to deliver repeatable environments.
• Guide new Azure workloads and migrations while minimizing business disruption.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues in coordination with networking teams.
• Optimize platform performance and resource usage through proactive monitoring and tuning.
• Enforce security best practices and compliance standards including GDPR and PCI-DSS.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in cloud engineering or operations, focused on Azure.
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools including Terraform, Terragrunt, and Terratest.
• Deep knowledge of core Azure services: Firewalls, Front Door, App Gateways, VMs, VMSS, AKS, Service Bus, Storage, Cosmos, SQL, App Service, Functions, and EntraID.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
• Experience managing and optimizing containerized platforms.
• Solid understanding of cloud networking principles and troubleshooting.
• Experience with database systems including Cosmos, SQL, and Redis.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent hands-on experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Helmsman.
