Description

Provide technical oversight for SaaS implementations and CRM solutions involving Salesforce integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical workshops and design sessions to define requirements and articulate architecture options.
• Own end-to-end technical aspects of Salesforce programs, including data migrations, system integrations, and custom development.
• Design and document technical architecture solutions spanning multiple platforms with integrated authentication.
• Establish development guidelines, standards, and release management processes for the development team.
• Provide technical leadership through coaching, mentoring, and oversight of QA and deployment efforts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading Enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and the full Salesforce.com lifecycle.
• Strong programming foundation in Apex, Force.com, .Net, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with SFDX and the Salesforce Development Lifecycle.
• Proven ability to implement Batch Apex and Schedule Apex.
• Practical experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD release management.
• Knowledge of web services and data transport technologies for enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with relational database concepts, SQL, and structured system analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PowerBI and CRM integration.
