Description

Lead technical architecture and implementation for Enterprise Salesforce CRM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical workshops to define requirements and propose architecture options.
• Own end-to-end technical aspects of Salesforce programs, including data migrations and integrations.
• Design and document technical architecture solutions for integration and authentication.
• Establish development guidelines, standards, and release management processes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ensure security and quality standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading Enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and the full Salesforce.com lifecycle.
• Advanced structured programming skills in Apex, Force.com, .NET, or Java.
• Proven experience with Batch Apex and Schedule Apex development.
• Hands-on experience with SFDX and the Salesforce Development Lifecycle.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps and CI/CD release management.
• Strong understanding of web services and data transport technologies.
• Solid foundation in relational database concepts, SQL, and structured system analysis.
• Technical proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and Java.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MS Dynamics 365, Power BI, and SQL.
