Description

You will design, implement, and govern identity and access management within AWS enterprise environments. You will own the security posture of cloud-native AI services and ensure strict adherence to organizational governance standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage AWS IAM users, roles, policies, and permission sets for technical teams.
• Evaluate and implement access control models, including role refinement and trust policy review.
• Collaborate with cloud governance and security teams to design identity workflows and ensure compliance.
• Develop governance procedures, IAM configuration guides, and technical recommendations for stakeholders.
• Ensure data security and proper sandbox experimentation practices for AI/ML workloads.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture or identity management.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS IAM, S3, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, ECR, and Bedrock.
• Deep understanding of Cloud Governance frameworks and enterprise security standards.
• Practical experience with cloud-native AI services and IAM permission impacts on model access.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong documentation skills for writing technical recommendations and governance procedures.
