Cloud Architect

You will design and govern the organization's cloud architecture strategy.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain architectural documentation, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with leaders and engineers to develop overall architecture concepts, analyzing trade-offs against business constraints.
• Oversee the development of cloud target and reference architectures, patterns, and principles.
• Assist in establishing reusable cloud solution patterns for recurring technology problems.
• Define and design operational processes to govern and manage cloud services at scale.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions aligning with enterprise goals.
• Work with vendors and conduct research to architect state-of-the-art cloud solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in Business Analysis, System Design, or Technical Architecture; including 3 years as an Enterprise Architect.
• Proficiency with major cloud platforms: AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.
• Proven experience designing scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud solutions.
• Experience as a senior architect leading significant enterprise change initiatives.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (VPNs, load balancers, firewalls).
• Experience using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
• In-depth knowledge of two or more architectural domains (application, infrastructure, integration, security).
• Strong knowledge of FinOps concepts and principles.
• Experience with modern API architectures and best practices.
