Description

Lead infrastructure technology solutions and manage technical teams to ensure system reliability and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple teams, resources, projects, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of investment projects.
• Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and automation to prevent production outages.
• Oversee the full lifecycle management of products and services following industry best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Security, Engineering, Product Management, and HR teams.
• Evaluate technical data and evidence to identify root causes and solve complex infrastructure problems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure technology, DevOps, Agile development, or cloud architecture.
• 3+ years of experience in management roles, including people, project, and budget management.
• 8+ years of recent Azure Product Management experience.
• Expertise in IaC tools including Terraform, CloudFormation, JSON, PowerShell, Python, Java, and YAML.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, Windows, and Azure DevOps.
• Technical knowledge of AWS services including RDS, ECS, and S3.
• Proficiency with Terraform, CloudFormation, JSON, PowerShell, Python, Java, Dynatrace, Zscaler, SQL, Azure Sentinel, SCCM, and Gitlab.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Azure certifications, ITIL Foundation, PMB, Prince 2, or Agile certifications.
• Additional management certifications.
