Description

You will design and implement cloud architectures to solve scalability, reliability, and performance challenges.

Responsibilities

• Integrate Agent Assist Backend into enterprise customers' legacy systems by collaborating with engineering teams.
• Conduct architecture reviews to provide technical guidance on integrating with cloud or on-premise infrastructure.
• Relay customer technical challenges to the Engineering team to drive product feature improvements.
• Author integration playbooks to standardize and scale integration processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of industry experience in cloud architecture design and implementation.
• Deep familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Hands-on experience with Pub/Sub, Redis Memorystore, Secret Manager, and Cloud Run.
• Proficiency with Authentication protocols such as OAuth2.
• Experience with scalable networking technologies including Load Balancers and Firewalls.
• Working knowledge of web standards, REST APIs, and web security mechanisms.
• Practical experience with container technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with other cloud providers including AWS and Azure.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
