Description

You will support the assessment lead in managing the cloud migration landscape for client workloads moving from on-premises environments to AWS.

Responsibilities

• Drive data collection and workshops to create detailed assessment reports and recommendation documents.
• Develop program-level roadmaps and schedules for cloud migration.
• Design functional and process aspects for the build and migration of workloads to support mission objectives.
• Monitor existing systems for structural integrity and oversee the installation of new hardware and software.
• Design and implement security systems and redundant backups to maintain data safety.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in Functional Designs.
• 7-10 years of experience in Technology Assessment.
• 7-10 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
• 3-5 years of experience in Business Process Design.
• 3-5 years of experience in Program Project Management.
• Hands-on experience with AWS.
• Ability to write custom scripts to automate solutions and reduce manual intervention.
• Experience designing, implementing, and conducting test and evaluation procedures.
• Competency in evaluating hardware and software to resolve LAN/MAN/WAN network problems.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or an Associate's degree plus two years of additional experience.
