Description

You will own backend initiatives covering platform migration, configuration management, automation scripting, and AI-enabled workflow enhancements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Migrate existing tools and applications to new platforms, setting up environments for critical business applications.
• Manage and update configuration files (YAML or similar) and platform settings within the AWS Console.
• Develop or modify Python scripts, including AWS Lambda functions, to automate internal processes and data flows.
• Craft and optimize prompts, especially using XML structures, to enhance application workflows.
• Create custom dashboards and implement logging frameworks to track usage and operational metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Strong experience in Python development for automation scripting.
• Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
• Experience working with configuration objects using SQL-like formats (e.g., YAML).
• Familiarity with AWS services (Lambda, S3, Quick Sight).
• Knowledge of designing and refining structured prompts, including XML-based prompting.
• Experience with AWS and Amazon Q to support automation and reporting.
