Description

Manage and support cloud infrastructure and containerized workloads on AWS, ensuring high availability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Kubernetes clusters (EKS or self-managed) to ensure system stability.
• Manage infrastructure-as-code configurations and environments using Terraform.
• Troubleshoot AWS cloud infrastructure and resolve incidents or service requests.
• Deploy new environments, services, and applications via CI/CD pipelines.
• Document runbooks, operational procedures, and known issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in IT or related technical roles.
• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS in support or SRE capacities.
• Experience managing containerized workloads with Kubernetes (EKS).
• Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure management.
• Scripting skills in Python and Ansible.
• Knowledge of networking concepts including VPCs, DNS, Load Balancing, and Security Groups.
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and logging tools such as CloudWatch, Splunk, or Datadog.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience using Jira or ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
• Exposure to Jenkins, Harness, or AWS CodePipeline.
