Description

You will design and implement AWS Connect cloud architectures, focusing on automation, scripting, and infrastructure migration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy Amazon Connect solutions with a focus on telephony and IVR workflows.
• Build and maintain automation scripts to streamline AWS infrastructure management.
• Execute cloud infrastructure migration projects ensuring minimal downtime.
• Develop and optimize workforce telephony systems using AWS services.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in cloud architecture, specifically with AWS.
• Strong proficiency in AWS Automation and scripting languages.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, telephony, and IVR configuration.
• Proven track record in cloud infrastructure migration.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting tasks.
